GENERAL MANAGER – PROJECTS
Qualification : B Tech / Diploma Civil
Desired Experience : 15+ Years of experience of Project Execution in Real Estate Industry Desired Profile
15+ years of experience in High Rise Residential project execution, with leadership qualities & eye for details. Must have exposure of MSP & ERP environment.
Key area of work
Overall leadership and mentoring of the execution teams for meeting commitments in terms of Quality & Delivery. Responsible for any kind of project accountability, pre and post construction activity at site up to Handover and beyond. Liasoning and co-ordination with Architects, Consultants & in house Planning department for all technical issues, architectural details etc. Responsible for Finalization of rates of contractors for different items with approval from CPCas per project costing and issue of work orders.
