QualificationGraduate Civil Engineer from a reputed instituteDesired Experience15+ years’ experience of Planning / Project Coordination / Execution, Real Estate experience of High Rise Residential projects would be preferredDesired ProfileKnowledge of ERP / SAP is mandatory / Exposure to MSP / Auto CAD / Revit / CAD CAM – Rebar software / Experience of Design & using the software like E-tab / CRPC / SafeKey area of workBudget control for Projects using system / Quality Control Checking & knowledge of Mix Design / Coordination with Consultants for strict implementation of the project from the 1st kick off meeting till completion / Project Execution monitoring by visiting site as necessary
