Functional Consultant - Axapta /Nav Dynamics

Wipro BPS is hiring Technical/Functional Consultants for Axapta/Nav Dynamics, in Belapur , Navi Mumbai.
The job profile involves troubleshooting for AX customers through call & remote support. Candidate must be comfortable working in night shifts & voice based profile.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Certification/Experience requirements:
Four-year degree in business, accounting, math, MIS or related equivalent work experience
Preferred Skills:
Minimum one year experience on any ERP application (SAP/NAV/Oracle)
Writes, speaks and presents information effectively and persuasively across communication settings
No AX knowledge is required at start and Candidate can be trained on AX
Candidate should possess good Technical skills and logical reasoning
Candidate has the ability to learn and troubleshoot complex technical situations
Sound understanding of Server/Client level troubleshooting
Experience with Microsoft Office & Operating Systems
