Front Office Receptionist
Job Description / Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and answer calls
Maintain attendance registry for employees and
visitor
Manage the day to day activities of the office
Maintain the billings and keep accurate financial
records handle all co ordination within internal teams.
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or
on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
Maintains security by following procedures;
monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by
complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Maintains continuity
among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities,
and continuing needs.
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Organise conference and meeting room bookings
Monitor and maintain office equipment & control inventory relevant to
reception area.
Independently manage and answer office mail and
coordinate & track office courier
