Department Admin, India Qualification Any Graduate Reporting To Manager –Admin/HR Responsibilities • Answer calls at the reception and direct them accordingly. • Provide apt information to callers. • Greet visitors visiting the organization for meetings and other purposes. • Direct persons to correct destination. • Deal with queries by customers and staff. • Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness. • Provide general administrative and clerical support. • Managing the day-to-day operations of the office. • Organizing and maintaining files and records. • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments. • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations. • Making travel and guest arrangements. Competencies • Good communication skills. • Knowledge in computers.
