Roles & Responsibilities of a Front Office Executive
1. Employee services and guest relation.
2. Ensure the upkeep and decorum at the reception area
3. Manage the incoming and outgoing calls requests and messages efficiently.
4. Manage the meeting room bookings and occupancy.
5. Maintain and update contact sheet,manage the travel arrangements, including hotels, car, air, road and rail etc (bookings, bill checks etc).
6. Manage the requests for couriers and faxs.Coordinate for office supplies
7. Any other relevant duties that arise from time to time.
8. Vendor management for stationers, travel agents, courier agents, and all allied third party service providers
9. Supervising the housekeeping staff, security staff, gardeners etc
10. Check bills pertaining to front desk for accuracy and ensure timely payments.
