Job Description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs.
Should be responsible to assist Chairman & Managing Director Sir.
Should be responsible to assist HR department.
Handling office Administration Activities.
Handle Front office management.
Should be responsible for calling, handling reception calls, filing work , attendance and other administrative work.
To Handle the tasks of routing outgoing and Incoming Telephone calls to the particular Extensions.
Responsible for answering calls, transferring calls, taking messages and greeting callers
Meeting and greeting the visitors/vendors
Attending and directing incoming calls
Managing all office facilities and related administration work.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Responsible
for distributing regular mail, electronic mail and other material along
with maintaining the co-ordination among internal as well as external
departments of the organization.
Responsible for ordering, managing office supplies and for maintaining inventory.
Responsible for supervising and updating office staff regarding procedures, policies or any update.
Responsible for organizing conferences/meetings, record and prepare minutes of meetings.
Responsible for arranging business tours for the employees/staff members and for making reservations for them.
Responsible for compiling the data, statistics and other information to aid any kind of research activities.
Required Skills:
-Good Communication skills.
-Knowledge in MS office.
-Candidate Should be presentable.
-Smart, Pleasing Personality , well dressed, presentable.
-Polite and well-mannered .
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Ms Word, Ms Excel.
