Freight Specialist

Job Specifications:

Candidate must have relevant of minimum 2 years experience as Freight Specialist in retail industry in GCC.

Must have good Communication skills

Candidate must be Diploma in Business administration/B. Degree in Business administration

Job Description:

Use computer systems to arrange the best means of transport, taking into account the type of goods and the customers' delivery requirements.

They use the services of shipping lines, airlines and road and rail freight operators.

Review all import shipping documents from Back up Docs to legalized one to ensure matching of all information before legalization.

Coordinate with vendors and one of the assigned forwarders for freight booking to ensure on time collection

Responsible to update the log of freight rates

Handle the shipping of re-export shipments

Need to have Time Management , Teamwork , Strategic Thinking , Stress Tolerance , Resource Planning , Relationship Building , Problem Solving , Negotiation , Creativity and Innovation , Attention to Detail , Coordination, logistic Knowledge .
