We are looking for a Sr. Recruiter as a Freelancer who can manage overall Operations while working from office/home
Relevant experience of at least 3-5 yrs or more;
Excellent sourcing techniques through Job boards, headhunting and social networking sites like LinkedIn FB etc.
Ability to handle multiple positions /multiple industries with applying different strategies to close different positions.
Screening, Shortlisting
Interview scheduling/Co-ordination
End Delivery, Follow Up, Negotiations and Closure
Good communication.
Strong knowledge in MS office
