Job Description: · Identifying new channel partners & ensuring they are profitable · Servicing of existing franchisees. · Lead generation and cold calling · Identifying potential franchisees · Responsible for acquisition of New Franchisee as per The Business Plan. · Overall Responsibility of achieving Revenue Targets as per Business Plan · Activation (Pre-commissioning and hand-holding) of New Franchisee · Activating the inactive channel partners by resolving their issues if any and giving timely and good services. · Motivating franchisees for higher business and target achievement. Desired Candidate: · Should have pleasant Personality and Good Communication Skills · Should have Public Speaking Skill, able to Interact with Crowd. · Sound Knowledge of stock market/banking/Mutual funds/IPO and other related investment products · Good in sales and able to maintain long term Relationship . · Ready to Travel.
