• Database building
• Identify key franchise prospects in the territory by doing calls and explaining them about the basics of business modal.
• Follow up on the incoming leads received through various sources.
• Send 1st level information mails to prospects
• Getting good quality PHFs (client information forms)from the prospects
• Arranging meetings at National Headquarters or outside
• Participation in activities for franchise sales like FROs, BOS etc.
• Travel to RE/MAX Region for providing supporting during their franchise sales events
• Taking 1st level and 2nd level meeting with the franchise prospect of the team members
• Instrumental in closing a franchise sale
• Maintaining daily call tracker
• Send information to database and prospects regarding news about RE/MAX like newsletter, media coverage etc.
• Keeping abreast with the Real Estate knowledge and competition
Franchise Development:
• Acting as accountability partner to the assigned Franchised Offices
• Visit to Franchises
• Identifying the training needs of the franchises and coordinating with NHQs for the same
