Job Description

Main Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the overall site management and maintenance and repairs on business units to ensure successful operation.

• Manages and coordinates maintenance and repairs on facilities including

plumbing, painting, carpentry, cleaning, and electrical system.

• Employs and supervises staff to operate various facilities.

• Assumes responsibility for mive in and move out records and and maintenance records.

• Inspects all facilities and reports to relevant personnel.

• Assumes responsibility for inventory and ordering of equipment and supplies.

• Maintains liaison with HR Department.

• Inspect buildings to identify maintenance issues including civil, MEP, fire fighting, and swimming pool issues (examples include clogged drains, leaky ceilings and faulty electrical switches).

• Supervise and monitor maintenance construction works like concreting, blockwork, plaster, painting, installation of plumbing and drainage lines, installation of electric cables, etc.

• Preparing and forwarding daily and weekly reports for works carried out at various locations

Job specification:

• 12th pass or equivalent with 3 + years of experience in this role.

• Considerable practical knowledge of mechanical, carpentry, building construction, and electrical skills

• Knowledge of building construction materials, their prices, sources, work methods etc

• Possess good knowledge on building construction, being able to read engineering, architectural, electrical, plumbing and drainage drawings.

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Ability to supervise the work.

• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with people and

general public.

• Ability to deal with employees from multi-cultural backgrounds.

• Ability to maintain financial records.
