Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
Making a final food cost report and submitting to authorize Person with in timeline.
Making of weekly food cost report to control the cost before affecting on monthly food cost.
Same weekly cost report discussed on unit level as well as with chef.
Finalize the recipe with chef and bar tender to make a proper menu Engineering even to find out idle cost of restaurant.
Weekly analysis report discussed with managers even with reporting person.
Surprise Visit to outlet and send Audit visit report on next day.
Audit of Revenue with system kot Nc, void bill everything checked on day to day basis by unit controller and submitting the audit report on daily basis with bar variance details.
Final cost report also checked with MIS report.
Involved in every store activity to keep operation better and smooth.
Take the initial attention in everything happened in restaurant for smooth operation.
