Role:
Strong in Stakeholder Management.
Handling recruitment for F&A domain.
Good exposure in handling financial hiring for Big 4's.
Responsible for Sourcing, Screening, Delivery, TAT, SLA.
Good understanding of sourcing through different channel like Portals, Linkedin, Reference etc.
Interact with the Hiring Manager for follow up, coordination etc.
Strong decision making ability.
Develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels.
This is a key role that requires a responsive, strategic and client-facing individual.
This is a individual contributor role.
