1. Knowledge and preparation of reports to the group
2. Monthly financial statements with deadlines
3. Cash flow preparation weekly and monthly and project for the year
4. MIS report and financial analysis including consolidation of financial statements
5. Preparation annual budgets for the year
6. Good knowledge of ERP system and should be able to recommend if any better solution to the existing system
7. Must have complete knowledge on implementation of new ERP system
8. Budgetary control
9. Performance of business segment analysis
10. Analyzing competitors and market trends
11. Financial management and treasury functions
12. Cost reduction opportunities analysis
13. Additional special reporting systems as and when required by the management
14. Laise with statutory and internal auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
15. Handle company taxation and tax auditors
16. Develop costing of all manufactured and imported products
17. Manage receivable and payable management
18. Supervise staff
19. Timely renewal of banking facilities and knowledge/skills of pricing negotiation
20. Hands on experience of arranging LC and LTR facility
21. Arrange long term loans
22. Preparation of products and new venture financial feasibility study
23. File government returns like yearly statistics etc.

Qualification: CPA/CA/ACCA
