Business Development (Sales)
To get business as per the approved business plan
for the branch
Responsible for sales promotion activities in his
assigned territories
Identification of prospective customers and
responding to enquiry calls
To maximize conversion of enquiries into orders
To ensure all renewals
To keep a close eye on the developments &
business opportunities in his territory
2. Customer Service
To ensure the quality of service delivery
To maintain good liaison with the customers
To prepare reports & submit the same on time to
the customers
To attend the complaints & logically conclude them
Customer feedback to the BM and collection of
Appreciation Letter from RBU/CBU customers1.
3. Administration and Accounts
Ensuring timely submission of invoices & getting
the necessary acknowledgements wherever
necessary
Follow up for the timely and correct invoicing by
the back office
Ensuring all the collection depositing to back office
in 24 hours time
Review of daily collection & billing with back office
4. MIS To prepare Daily Sales Report
