sALES TRAINEE/SALES EXECUTIVE (Sal – Rs. 8000 PM) · Should be between 18 to 25 years of age. · Should preferably be a 10th / Graduate / Diploma · Good Communication Skills. · Should be presentable and medically fit. · Should have dedication and attitude to adopt new skills and learn . HIS / HER ROLE & RESPONSIBLITIES · To attend field meetings punctually and regularly. · Should be polite and courteous with colleagues & Customers. · Daily Activity Report(DAR) on a daily basis with complete details of customer (Name, address, telephone No.) to be maintained. · Ensure 6 Appointments and 3 product presentations/ Demonstrationsin a day through various activities like, cold calls, reference, FLC Activities& Road shows. · Train customers on usage of products. Ensure at least 10 courtesy calls during the month to existing customers and document in the “Gift-A-Smile” book.
