Job Title / Designation: Fashion Designer

Job Description:

• Development of the design: from the idea to the final product.
• Development of trends, colouring and fabric.
• Trend forecasting
• Receive samples and counter- samples and rectify.
• Communicate with purchasing department.
• Travel to fairs/fabric markets/shopping
• Develop all technical specifications of the design.
• Follow up samples and establish modifications in the base patterns.

1.     Key Functions & Roles of the Candidate-

·        Up to date with latest fashion trends, fashion blogs, fashion content on social media

·        Good planning and organization skills for developing clear, actionable and measurable plans, schedules, or priorities with minimal supervision.

·        Performance oriented, initiative to take actions for overcoming obstacles and problems.

·        Good coordination and cooperation with internal and external parties for the project or problem in the whole process.

·        Demonstrated adaptability and flexibility to fit new and unusual situations to achieve business goals

Specific Skill Set: Photoshop knowledge useful

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 2-4 years

Annual CTC: 3L-4L

Location(s) of Job: Ghitorni, New Delhi

Minimum Education Requirements: Graduate From NIFT or Pearl Academy

Work Timings: Mon- Sat 9:30-6:30
