Job Title / Designation: Fashion Designer

Job Description:

·         To create a range of western Menswear and Womenswear, for Casualwear.

·         Candidate should have high aptitude for creating graphics and all kinds of surfaces like floral, geometric, and abstract, and should be able to work independently.

·         A high fashion sense along with an understanding of prevailing trends in style, colour is a must.

·         Candidates required only from the garment industry.

·         Excellent skill in design soft wares like Photoshop Adobe and Illustrator are an absolute requirement.

KRA's include:

·         Design begins with research. Designers assess current trends and predict what will be in style in the upcoming seasons.

·         They use trend reports to decide on colors, fabrics and shapes for garments.

·         Study materials and trims and new techniques to constantly innovate on product design.

·         Sketch and conceptualize trends through brand guidelines to create brand relevant exclusive products.

·         Develop an item from conceptualization through production.

·         Communicate regularly with suppliers during prototyping to correct any errors and understand the pattern and construction completely.

·         Green light products for manufacturing.

·         Research and visit competitors as well as their own designs in the market and collect feedback on the product.

Minimum/Maximum/ Work Experience Required: 1- 3yrs

Annual CTC: 3 Lakhs – 3.6 Lakhs
