Setting
up of new factory, Production manufacturing facility (Transformer
Manufacturing of voltage class of 220KV and above) and Gas Insulated
Switchgear upto 220 KV
To Lead the production, planning, maintenance, estimation & costing and development teams.
Production
planning and execution (pre -production activities, process routing,
loading, scheduling) and post production activities.
Driving savings plan & productivity improvements through Lean Manufacturing and Manufacturing Excellence Tools.
Achieving
the production targets, On time delivery of finished goods to the
customers, optimum utilization of men, machinery & utilities.
To maintain inventory & timely procurement of material or production of Transformers & Gas Insulated switchgear.
Implementation and monitoring Quality Management Systems.
New Product Development, Concept development in consultation with design & manufacturing team.

Testing of developed product

UG - B.Tech/B.E. - Electrical, Diploma - Electronics/Telecommunication, Electrical)

Must have manage the Transformer Production of the voltage class 220 KV and above.Must have experience of factory set up as per the Production requirement of transformers & Gas Insulated Switchgear.Only those candidates should apply who all are ready to relocate to Bhiwadi (Rajasthan)
