Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree Holder/Associate Degree in Related Field (Business Management, Domestic/International Trade)
1-2 Years experience in Logistics is preferred.
Additional Qualification such as knowledge in Global Business Management is preferred.
Knowledge in Domestic and International Protocols (Middle East region)
Good command of Arabic, English, French or Russian language
With outstanding interpersonal and time management skills.
Proactive, Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
Job Description:
Acting as key liaison between Sales group and domestic/international customers.
Continually track and maintain changes to regulations and define strategies to avoid potential conflicts for import/export activities.
Screen export orders for compliance with existing rules/regulations.
Coordinate and prepare all shipments as per customer guidelines/country requirements to numerous international destinations.
Effectively communicate problems/delays to appropriate parties and pro-actively identify international destinations.
Answer all emails/phone inquiries in a timely manner
Provide analysis information/weekly or monthly reports, as required.
Respond to inquiries regarding delivery status and work with vendors to ensure on time delivery to international customers.
Monitor shipments and communicate status or delays to appropriate parties
Maintain export document files in accordance with company policy.
Other related duties as required.
