Job Description:-
General
liaison between regional /global management and local team
Tracks,
monitors and reports on weekly progress across all team functions
Identify
top 20 TV, Media, Newspaper, et al for each event
Co-ordinate
with Creative team and Content team for event collateral including
brochures, handouts, interactive community portals and other ad-hoc
creative materials to meet various event production schedules.
Understand
and implement event marketing plans for each with clear and concise goals
and objectives. Team Work with Global & local Corp. Comm. to develop partnership with
govt, associations, trade groups, etc.
Support
articles, Media Partnership, ad swaps, promotion, banquets, etc.
Leverage
standardized global templates, schedules and product plans to structure
and manage events.
Develop
PR pre and post event with names, and SEO
Responsible
to develop marketing strategy utilizing techniques in the field including
marketing collateral, social media, e-mail marketing etc.;
Responsible
for handling & updating social media
