Job Description
Proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Poise, maturity, and capable of working independently without close supervision.
Completes a variety of administrative tasks for the Director to include, but not limited to: Managing andmaintaining an active calendar of appointments, completing expense reports, composing and preparingcorrespondence that may be confidential and sensitive.
Coordinates and maintains smooth communication efforts between the Directors office, internal departmentsand senior management.
Foster relationships that are crucial to the success of the Directors initiatives and to the organization as awhole.
Communicates directly with HODs on behalf of the Director. Researches, prioritizes and follows up onincoming issues and concerns addressed to the Director including those of sensitive and/or confidential natureand determines the appropriate course of action, referral or response.

Profile Description
Any Bachelor’s degree, preferably 2+ years of experience in a similar position Degree /PG level education is preferred.
Must have a sound Engineering education and background.
Good communication skill and good command in English. Proven sales ability and strong negotiation skills.
Must have knowledge and Experience of Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Technical Recruiting Strong Computer literacy in Access, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Should speak fluent Malayalam and fluency in English & Hindi and Excellent English communication language skills, both in writing and verbally.
Ability to interface effectively with various levels of management and clients.
