Implementing Shop Floor Practices like, 5-S, Quality Circle, Man Power Rotation, Wastage Elimination, and Team works.

To
fill up the document on daily basis i.e. Production patrolling sheet,
Production shift report, confirmation of production through ERP .

Developing production plans & schedules with focus on optimum utilization of manpower & material for achieving targets.
