This is a key position that is involved in coordinating pre-sales and after-sales activities between customers & frontline sale.You will be involved in telesales (Domestic & International) related activities for renewals and repeat sales, processing sales orders received from the customers, preparation of for the service offerings based on software application requirements and up-selling or cross-selling wherever required.


Apart from these, routine activities like documentation, filing, and correspondence will also be part of the job.


Requirements
EDUCATION:Graduate, preferably with a management background. An IT engineering degree would be an additional advantage.


EXPERIENCE:Prior experience of 1-2 years is a must, and IT-industry experience will get you additional points. Fresher also can apply.


GENERAL:You are expected to be a proficient computer-user, particularly with office productivity and email applications.


Having an interest in the technology industry would be a plus factor. You are expected to build up exhaustive knowledge of our products and services, for which an aptitude for technology would be an asset.You must be fluent and comfortable in both spoken and written English.
You are expected to be task- and deadline-oriented, and not a clock-watcher.


Buisness Development Executive


1 Manage accounts and meet or exceed targets relating to revenue growth, activities, profit margin, mix of products and services sales, customer retention and customer acquisition.

2 Adhere to all quality standards and processes, for the acquisition of customers, opportunities, and submission of tender ,proposal and contract documents.

3 Bid management(Freelancer/Upwork) and manage order levels maintaining the CRM database.

4 Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.

5 Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities.6 Technical knowledge(understanding on the basics) will have addtional benefit.
