Major Duties and Responsibilities: • Follow up for Mall related documentation with the concerned people • Responsible for repair and maintenance of HO and all over stores • Stationery/printing stationery, other material management of HO and all over stores. • Housekeeping and security persons management, office facility management. • Visit govt. offices and dealing with the officers for various licenses and approvals. • Taking new telephone & internet connections for stores, vendor management, maintenance. • Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day admin & operational problems. Qualifications:
• 2 to 3 year (preference from garment, supermarket, hypermarket retails – HO) • Graduate • Pleasant personality • Fluent English communication • Good in MS office • Managing Files, order the material as per the store and HO requirement. • Follow up the invoice with the mall officials, verification of invoice amount by president and Business Development. • Maintaining & creating the data base in the system and the register.
