Job Description:
Executive assistants: provide high-level administrative support, including preparing reports, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings. Candidate should have skills in communication, organization and technology. They also should have sound judgment and understand the importance of teamwork.
Executive assistants, also known as executive secretaries or administrative assistants, provide that help through a wide range of duties, including clerical tasks, research and management roles. The position requires a high level of integrity, as you'll likely be exposed to confidential and sensitive information.
Requirements:
Candidate should have basic knowledge of software Coding, Good communication skills and understanding of team work. Good knowledge of Ms Office- IT,Ms word and excel.
Duties
• Managing a complex schedule for the CEO.
• Booking meetings, take meeting minutes, write reports, prepare correspondence and prioritize items that need attention.
• Bridge between the departments and the CEO
• Handling and meeting deadlines.
• As the executive assistant, the candidate will be expected to supervise the office staff hence Knowledge in administration, communications and computer programs are helpful.
• Assistants write letters, memos and meeting minutes.
• Speak with co-workers at all levels of the organization and with members of the public, so they must talk in clear and concise sentences.
• Must have ability to listen to the needs of others and should be able to give complete attention to what people say and ask questions to understand their concerns.
Skills and Abilities:
• Candidates need to have advanced or expert proficiency with word processing, and databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary particularly as you will be the liaison between the Director and the software teams and other departments.
• Should have the ability to anticipate needs, think critically and offer solutions to problems will be helpful.
• Excellent Communication skills are the most important quality for an executive assistant.
• Good organization skills are essential to stay organized and to manage time and workspace.
• Must know how to keep the executive’s calendar, tracking meetings and activities.
• Must know how to prepare and organize reports, letters, presentations and other documents.
• When the executive has conflicting priorities, the executive assistant must balance those duties to make sure key projects meet deadlines.

• Should know how to establish and maintain working relationships with staffers at all corporate levels and with clients.
