Job Description
Recruitment of front end employees at store level within prescribed timelines Recruit suitable candidates through various sources/channels Should be able to manage a cluster of stores & act as one point of contact for all HR related matters. Handling Attendance and Payroll Inputs Handling F & F,PF , Formalities and Coordination. Coordination for Licenses & Labour Compliance's Employee grievance management. Should be well versed with MS Excel knowledge. Note : Male candidates are only preferable . Candidates from Retail Industry are preferred. Two wheeler is mandatory.
