Conduct business activities under Channel and Project Sales (Company owned depots to dealers to end users)
Create awareness on Innovation & Patented Technology based waterproofing products
Achievement of sales & collection targets in assigned area/states
Maintaining dealer wise ledger for sales/collection/Token/C Form reconciliation
Conducting Painter / Dealer Training Programs for product awareness & application
Collecting leads from retailers and visit to expected sites for demonstration and business generation
Merchandising activity like Point Of Sale, Demo Kit, Display, etc.
Preparing Dealer, Painter/Mason Databank with ABC / XYZ classification and update HO / Supervisor on a regular frequency
Generating business activities through training of customers like builders, hostels, hospitals and other institutions, who can be our potential customers
Visit Architects, Interior Decorators and Developers for increasing awareness of waterproofing products and paints
On-time reporting as per the company norms. Submit mobile-based daily reporting and other weekly / monthly reports
Candidates having prior experience in sales of Construction Chemicals, Water Proofing Products, Tiles, Building Adhesive, Bathroom/Door fittings, Paints & Ceramics will be preferred.
Good communication and analytical skills are a must.
Willingness to travel within the region is a must.
