4Schedule meetings, coordinate
agendas, , prepare minutes of the meetings.
5To make travel arrangements (domestic and international), hotel
booking in coordination with the travel department, tour reports of the
director, preparation of expense statements of the trips made
6Prepare different departmental
reports monthly and quarterly in terms
of work completion and projected business achievement
7Maintain all records efficiently and
effectively
8Maintain the contact data / special events data
in the company
9Managing work schedule and send reminders and alerts informing about
the planned appointments
10Prepare MIS reports
