Looking for a Java development professional having 13+ years of experience.
An ideal candidate would have strong working knowledge in Payments domain and specific exposure on Fraud Detection module.
He/She will be open to lead a team of software developers developing new platform capabilities.
He/She will be open to develop and work on a platform that provides business solutions to combat fraud and authenticate users and processes.
Role:
Lead a team of over 8 resources in developing new capabilities
Recruit new resources, coach, forecast, plan and prioritize team's workload
Partner with key stakeholders within the organization to create innovate solutions
Essential Knowledge/Experience:
Deep knowledge of software development processes including agile processes
Team Leadership and staff management experience including working with a geographically disperse organization
Strong Ability to partner with business and communicate
Strong Ability to define, implement and manage to processes
Desirable Knowledge/Experience:
A wide breadth and depth of technical experience including Java/JEE and Linux/Solaris
Business Rules Management/Decision Managment including IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM)
Database analysis and analytics including SQL and RDBMS
Extreme Performance Data Storage such as GenFire Object Grid
