Estimator cum Supervisor for a Interior Designing company

A well-established Architect and Interior designing company in Mumbai is looking for Estimator cum Supervisor.

Job Description:-

Must have basic AutoCAD knowledge

· Should be aware of market rates & making rate analysis

· Have to visit sites for site measurement

· Check bills & make bill of quantities

· Making tender budget

· Comparing tenders

· Tenders & Quotation

· Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management.

· Negotiations with clients & vendors.

· Certify vendor & suppliers payment bills.

· Bills certification & timely payments to be made to vendors.

· Responsible for the overall property development activities including project management, sales, and marketing, dealing with relevant local authorities, handle applications, submissions and obtain authorities' approval as well as compliance with statutory requirements.

· Has to collect the feedback form from the clients.

· Monitor if the PMO –Assistant have sent the work orders.

· Plan and deliver project as per timelines.

· Accurate documentation & reports.

· Cost reduction of projects.

 

Salary: As per the industry standards
