Key Responsibilities :
Evaluate and install ERP products, troubleshoot and resolve issues within enterprise data centers and complex environments.
Gather information from Individual Department s, evaluate their needs and map processes. Create implementation solutions to meet cost and timelines of the ERP Project.
Analyze data to determine the range of solutions, such as installation of alternate methods and procedures.
Develop documentation (requirements, solutions, technical design, high level design, system architecture etc) and other deliverables as required. Customized report generation
Communicate effectively with other Departments and provide status updates and progress reports.
Providing Training, educating, supporting and assisting on ERP System to the employee, either located at Head Office or Branches or any other places.
Desired Candidate Profile :
3 year Bachelors degree in Computer Science / Science / Commerce.
Preferably with CPIM certification from APICS
Minimum 4-5 years experience supporting or consulting in high-end technology applications besides hands on experience for implementing at least 1 implementation of ERP.
Demonstrated ability to read, analyze, and interpret detailed requirements/design documents and problem statements.
Demonstrated ability to install and configure software in a complex enterprise network environment.
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical requirements
Ability to map key business requirements to product functionality through configuration and process.
Successful experience working directly with customers to resolve complex software implementation issues.
Sound knowledge and ability to work with environments like Windows Server 2012, SQL Server, IIS, SMTP, Exchange, IP protocol and Active directory.
Ability to understand, debug, customize and resolve issues within .NET 4.5 (C# and Vb.Net) and a SQL Server 2012 environment.
Flexibility in work schedule necessary.
Demonstrated ability to work on multiple small client engagements simultaneously.
