Job Description
Designing the plumbing and fire fighting using national and international codes and standards.
Layout preparation and approval.
Coordination with other services like HVAC and Electrical.
Preparation of Bill of quantities.
Ordering of material.
Preparation & approval of material technical data sheets.
Competency in design/ calculations for following aspect
STP/ WTP / Swimming pool
Sanitary drainage (Flushing & Sewer)
Storm Water drainage
Cold & Hot water domestic system
Solar hot water system
Rain water system/ irrigation system
Tank selection/ sizing
Pump head calculation/ water balancing chart
Design of fire & sprinkler
Hydraulic calculations
Basic knowledge of fire alarm system
Knowledge about various codes/ standards/ NFPA etc
