Information about Process :-
Process :- Customer Care Executive
Shift Timing :- 6am – 1am (between any 9 hours shift)
6 days a week working – 1 rotational weekly off
Salary :- 14k- 18KCTC(including allowances) (based on skills & experience)
Process :- Email & web chat
Shift Timing :- 24/7 Rotational
Salary :-15k – 21kCTC including allowances (based on skills & experience)
2 Rotational week off
NOTE : No leaves would be approved during the first 60-90 days – training + on the job learning period.
