Job Description:
Design & Execution for Khalapur project in co-ordination with PMC
Co-ordination with consultants for designing and design verifications of electrical HV and LV systems.
Validation of design and proper scheduling of projects to avoid any time & cost overrun.
Liaising with power distribution companies -MSEDCL, TRANSCO,etc.
Control on subcontractors
Co-ordination with PMC and contractors for timely execution of projects
Coordinating with consultants, architects, civil contractors, electrical contractors and construction department.
Execution of 100KV switchyard, 33KV electrical power distribution system with SCADA integrated sub-stations.
Attending site meetings with construction department, Consultants, PMCs, etc.
Quality checks and observance of standard operating procedures - Indenting and ordering the materials, inventory checks and safety of equipments
Ensuring 100% safety of workmen, staff and third party and implementing safety in day to day work.
Co-ordination with various E&E depts. like Electrical, Electronics, HVAC, Telecom, Compressed Air, etc to get their inputs in execution of Khalapur projects.
Co-ordination with various Divisions to get their inputs on the plants which will be occupied by them
Operation and Maintenance (Preventive/ Breakdown/ Predictive/ Corrective) of Transformer, Compressor/ Air conditioner, Low Tension Breakers & High Tension Breakers, DG sets, High Tension/Low Tension substations, control panel wiring troubleshooting for all plants PLC
Repetitive break down analysis
Promoting Godrej safety and High Tension standards through a robust internal safety audit mechanism, motivating the team to capture hazards and near misses and improve Departmental Safety performance
Identifying the various competency development needs of sub-ordinates, their planning and ful- fillment through the Training officer.
Implementation of IMS, Kaizen, Business Excellence at all level and proper documentation and compliance for the same
Developing a Kaizen culture in the department
