Profile Description:
The selected candidates would be doing analysis and day trading in US equity exchanges like NYSE, NASDAQ & Amex. The successful Learner would be a full-fledged, hard core US stock market analyst/trader and would be able to make wise and informed stock trading decisions. This profile DOES NOT entail selling/marketing of financial products or servicing/calling clients.
Shift timing (Work Timings)- (6.00 PM - 1.30 AM)
Position : Trader NYSE/NASDAQ (Learner)
Eligibility: Pass out Graduates.
MBA (Finance) / PGDM (Finance)/ Any Post Graduation related to Capital Market.
NCFM or any other CFAs / CMTs /.Any graduate / post graduate who have strong passion for trading.
The candidate must be his / her early 20s i.e. (20-35 years) and should not have appeared for the selection process within past 3 months.
Selection Process Includes :
a) Aptitude Test (Elimination Round)
b) HR Round (Elimination Round)
c) Operations Round (Final)
d) On the Job Training - 3 Months (Minimum)
Compensation & Benefits:
Training would be Stipend based (3000 pm+ Meals+ cab facility + accidental insurance)
Compensation after successful completion of the training is Rs. 10000/- P.M. to Rs. 16000/- P.M & one of the highest net profit sharing in the industry. Salary is subject to increase based on the trader's performance, every year. The net take home for a trader per month varies from few tens of thousands to few lakhs.
The candidate would be given an offer to work as a "Prop Trader" after successful completion of training, wherein, the candidate would be offered a fixed salary and one of the highest payouts in the industry.For more details log on to - www.capstonesa.com

2)All Mark Sheets (10th to the highest education qualification) - Original + Photocopy.
3)PAN Card - Original + Photocopy.
4)Passport Size Photo.
5)Another Govt. Issued Photo Id Proofs e.g. Passport, Drivers" License, etc (Original + Photocopy).
6)Experienced candidates must provide relieving and experience letters from their previous employment. Those who are currently employed must carry their offer letter and last three salary slips.
Please note that no selection process will be conducted if you are not with photocopies of the above documents.
