Designation: E-Commerce Intern Job Description: We are currently seeking an eCommerce Intern to join our Perks team, which offers our members access to exclusive opportunities, private events, discounted merchandise and other elite experiences from a diverse set of lifestyle categories. Our intern will have the opportunity to play a critical role in our growing Perks business by rotating across the Perks team’s Customer Service and Production/Imaging departments. Responsibilities: -Respond to Customer Service inquiries -Refund members and issue credits and alert Customer Service -Manager about questionable refund/credit requests Requirement: Duration: Minimum 3 months Qualififcation: Bachelor's degree in relevant field Strong affinity for people and ability to get along with anyone and everyone Excellent written and communication skills Exceptional problem solving skills
