DSR- Distributor Sales Representative

Age: 25-35 (should not be above 35 years)

Qualification: Minimum higher secondary

Should be able to ready English and basic quantitative skills

Computer literate so as to be able to handle - Excel

Prior Experience:

Prior experience of retailing in any FMCG company preferable.

Candidate from FMCG distributor is needed.

Familiarity:

Should have good geographical familiarity of the assigned market.

Others:

Should Own Two wheeler

Should Own a Smart Phone

Should not be related to the WSS

Base Location:

Max 30 kms from Distributor Town .

All TSR’s to be interviewed by RM/BM before finalizing

TSR Suggested Compensation

Salary:Final Take Home more than Rs. 7500 per month, Payroll would be TMI PAYROLL

Vehicle Allowance: Rs.100 per day of working

Communication Allowance:Rs. 500 + 2 Gb (3G) Data

Sales Operation Incentive:

1. Rs. 1000 per month on achieving 85% DRCP productivity compliance.

2. Rs.1000 per month on achieving sales plan.

3. Rs.500 per month on key product / activities. (to be decided every month/ quarter).
