Desired Candidate Profile
1) Any Computer Science graduate from a recognized University or College.
2) Technically sound in Dot Net with Asp.Net, C#, Windows Server 2008, SQL Server 2008, IIS 7.0, Crystal report 2008, and UML concepts.
3) Should have excellent communication skills with effect to presentation, written and verbal skills.
4) Proactive and positive attitude, capable of leading teams and also train them.
5) Individual should be .Net professional with excellent technical knowledge, interpersonal, management and amicable in nature.
Added Advantage:-
1) Prior experience in handling corporate training and classroom sessions on Dot net and Web Designing will be preferred.
2) WPF, WCF, Share Point, Silver Light, Third Party Tools (Infragisticsetc), Content Management System, Web services, BizTalk etc.
3) Should have experience on Software Development projects, and should be able to provide live exposure training with Live Projects to the trainees.
Job Description
1) Plan, Schedule, track and manage overall project of software Development and training section execution.
2) Project planning, scheduling, tracking and monitoring.
3) Designing course materials and other documents such as handouts and manuals.
4) Responsible for development and organization of training manuals, training presentations, visual aids, assessments, online training sessions, training tips, and other educational materials.
5) Delivering training programs to participants either in a group classroom setting, recorded audio/video class training, or on a one-to-one basis.
6) Ability to handle queries/escalations from trainees.
7) Ensures availability of resources for conducting training on In-House Project.
8) Responsible for development/refinement of study material & teaching strategies.
9) Be responsible for evaluating trainee performance and effective training programs, as well as making recommendations for improvement.
