1.Job Purpose

To provide the company a total control and safeguard of documents that includes
drawings, bill of materials and quality documents.

2.Principal Accountabilities

Responsible for the establishment of document control tools and procedure.
Keep track of all document correspondence and transaction.
Control of issue and receipt of documents and drawings
Make sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to appropriate personnel.
Maintain an updated record of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution clearly.
Maintain the documents, drawings, and bill of materials in the Document Control office under safe custody without any damage and deterioration with easy traceability.
Maintain the files and control logs as required.
3.Communications and Working Relationships

Can work under minimal supervision
Fluent in English both in written and oral communication

Qualifications
BS degree graduate
2 years experience in a same position in a reputable ISO 9001 certified company
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and self initiative
Computer skills: Microsoft office packages
(Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access )
