A). Key Responsibilities:
i. Responsible for attending calls and providing information as requested by the caller,using a very user friendly software.
ii. Ensure that appropriate information is provided while taking a call.
iii. Ensure that the duration of the call is within the standardized Average Time Taken (
iv. Adhering to the quality norms
v. Candidates will be provied with specialized training on the software to retrieve information on anything and everything under the sun
B) Mock chat or a mock email (A recruiter typically engages the candidate in a mock chat / email writing session and assesses their ability to comprehend issues, offer solutions and build rapport)
