Job Description
Job Purpose:
Handle Design department & designing of product according to customer requirement.
Principal Accountabilities
Perform contact review for technical issue & NMR schedule.
Preparation of schedule & planning for design & development
Verification of drawing for submittal & manufacturing.
Verification of Store requisition for material procurement.
Technical assistance to production & sales department.
Review the customer requirement & attend the technical meeting if required.
Provide training for the new employees in the design department
Follow the quality procedure.
Coordinate with design engineers to execute the project hassle free. • Review the drawings and validate the same as verified.
Communications and Working Relationships
Excellent communication skills in English for reading, writing & speaking.
Maintain appropriate & productive environment with superior & subordinate.
Motivate subordinate for teamwork.
Coordinate & support to management.
Qualifications
Education Training Skills:
1.Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering..
2.Completed a design software training course, preferably AutoCAD or Microstation .. 3.Knowledgeable in designing mechanical parts, e.g., enclosures, skids, etc.
4.Knowledgeable in computer application, e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, etc.
5.Good communication, reading and understanding skills
6.Knowledgeable in designing of electrical control panels, protective relay panels and busbar system design.
7.Awareness of National and International Standards •Others: 1.Knowledgeable in ISO 9000:2000 Quality Management 2.Leadership & managerial skill.
