Job Description
1: Should have good knowledge of design of storm water drainage system considering requirement of roof rain water down take pipes, sub-soil drainage, basement drainage and external landscape drainage.
2: Should be able to design and monitor swimming pool & treatment plant.
3: Should be able to prepare tender documents for the above mentioned services with direct coordination with related consultants and architect.
4: Should have good knowledge of costing and estimation along with Budget.
5: Should be able to prepare rate analysis as per DSR and other related norms.
6: Should have good knowledge of piping material, valve selection, and other equipment and material quality.
7: Should be able to decide both external & internal layouts of waste and soil piping as required for various areas.
