- Read & review of Customer Specification to state the Deviations and get clarified with the Proposal team/ customer.
- Preparing the Mechanical Design of the Equipments as per scope of purchase Order and applicable specification
- Attending the KOM , releasing document schedule.
- Preparing the Design calculations sheet for submitting to client for approval as per agreed schedule with customer.
- Maintaining the document schedule as per customer requirement.
- Managing the team of design engineers to meet document delivery schedule and final customer delivery schedule.
- Replying Customer / Clients queries / clarifications related to the Work Order.
- Getting the 3 rd party approval of the document - DOSH/ ASME AI/ PED etc..
- Preparation of mechanical details of Pressure Vessels and heater bundle for manufacturing.
- Preparing Technical Specification for Raw Material Procurement.
- Informing any design changes which affect the incoming material to Purchase Department.
