Delivery Lead - Talent Acquisition | Client Facing

We have an urgent opening with ABC Consultants for the role of Delivery Lead. The person will be on the permanent roles of ABC Consultants and will be deployed at the client office. Looking for a candidate with Excellent communication skill, Decision making ability, Positive attitude, Process driven and a good Team Manager.
Experience : 12 to 16 years
Industry : IT / Medical Device / Healthcare / Pharma
Location: Mumbai or Gurgaon
Role:
Managing multiple division of the clients at a given point of time.
Responsible for Delivery, TAT, SLA.
Strong in Stakeholder Management (both Global and Domestic).
Interact with Hiring Manager, Department Manager to seek clarity on the position.
Involved from Solution to Delivery for the client
Involved into volume hiring, drives.
Making recruitment strategies and matrix.
Managing and guiding a team located geographically.
Out of box thinking.
