Role Purpose:  

Script, clean and process the data up -to the tabulation levelof top market researcher firms to report on.
Work on data analysis .
Link between research data and data analysis to start develop /create powerful models and insights.
Work on root caused and solution action standards
Work closely on some project related to the group (Governance & Control)
Key accountabilities and decision ownership :

Advanced analysis
Scripting CATI/CAPI/PAPI and CAWI projects  (using Dimensions or any other similar tool)
Cleansing, validating, weighting data in ASCII & SPSS format and Tabulation of results
Research models creation such as driver models, segmentation models and multi variable regression models aswell as Recoding & automation of coding
New Projects’ Quotation
ControlandGovernance of Group platforms
 
Key performance indicators: 
Qualityof output zero data errors
Timelines in handling DP projects
Number of complex projects with advanced analysis
Number  initiative of increasing efficiency and  accuracy of data processing

• Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Masters in Statistics/ Computer Science /Business Informatics
• Minimum  3-4  years of experience in multinationalresearch agency
• Previous experience in data processing and creating research models
• Professional use of IBM SPSS statistics (version 22)
• Professional use of IBM Dimensions or anysimilar scripting tool
• Professional use of MS excel
• Perfect  command of English
• Perfect communication skills
• Must  have technical / professional qualifications:
• Experience in Market research data processing
• Experience in project management
