ITES / BPO / Operations / Customer Service / Telecalling
ROLES:
Responding to various queries on phone, email, live chat and other channels. These queries maybe about order status, product information or such.
Retail customer support - ie handling customer grievances, setting up processes and templates.
Responding to marketing queries and leads from various forums and leads, understanding their requirements and fulfilling them. This may require meeting potential wholesale buyers locally.
Coordinating with internal logistics and sales team to get and understand order status updates, prioritize order dispatches, and ensuring adequate updates on order dispatch times to the customers.
Coordinating with suppliers to source designs and materials from various places.
Coordinating with the tailoring them to ensure tailoring / customization of orders as per customer's measurements, and prioritization of these based on commitment levels.
REQUIRED BACKGROUND:
Must have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree from a top institution, with good scores and results demonstrating good self motivation level.
Must have a very solid communication skills.
Must have strong analytical and problem solving skills, and must be able to maintain cool under various customer grievance issues and deadlines.
Must be able to align the internal organization well, managing multiple activities and pressures.
A prior Customer Support experience will be useful.
Must be self motivated and driven, and capable of applying self deadlines to closing them.
