Customer Support Executive

• Configures and install ERP software for end users’ of the Application onsite at customer location
• Communicate with users and chalk out implementation plan and Implement the ERP Application,
• Trouble shoot software problems and assist end users of Application
• Propose and implement system enhancements (software updates) that will improve the performance and reliability
of the system.
• Support customers i.e. end users of ERP application, communication and implementation activities.
• Involved in the installation and rollout of ERP Application and upgrades
• Understand, trouble shoot bugs and errors should they occur at customer site and report the same to Developers as
per process
• Support customers with peripheral devices such as printers and printing problems, if they arise.
• Operates data communication systems like configuring Router, Modem etc.
