Job Responsibilities:

Serve
as the voice of the company

Respond
to inbound customer inquiries (phone, email) in a timely and accurate manner.

Efficiently
handle marketing & customer service management
·
Manage
time and productivity to meet daily/weekly targets
·
Constantly
identify opportunities to improve customer experience
·
Measure
and report progress of ongoing efforts with pre-defined metrics, and facilitate
data based decision making
·
Handle
our internal ticketing system and customer portals to perfection
Desired Skills and Experience:
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in the English language
·
Bachelor’s
Degree in related field preferred.
·
2-5
years of sales and customer service management experience (or equivalent)
·
A
pro at using internet and social media
·
Experience
in e-commerce or back office environment will be an added advantage
·
Must
be detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task.
